Terms of Service – Caring Angels Pet Care

Welcome to Caring Angels Pet Care. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms. These help keep everything clear and professional for both you and us.

 
1. Booking & Payment

• Services must be booked ahead of time — we’ll confirm your appointment by text or email.
• Payment is due at or before the time of service. We accept Zelle, Cash App, or cash.
• If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations may be charged a small fee.
   
  2. What We Expect from You
• Give us accurate info about your pets and any special instructions we need to follow.
• Let us know if your pet has behavioral concerns, health needs, or requires medication.
• Make sure we have safe, easy access to your home if we're doing drop-ins or house sitting.
   
  3. Our Promise to You
• We treat every pet like family and do everything we can to keep them happy, healthy, and safe.
• If something unexpected happens (like an emergency or sudden illness), we’ll contact you right away and take responsible steps to handle the situation.

 
4. Limitations
While we take every precaution, we can’t be held responsible for:

• Pre-existing medical issues your pet may have
• Accidents caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., faulty fences, unknown allergies, etc.)
• Damage to property caused by pets during our visit

We’ll always do our best to avoid any problems and will communicate with you immediately if anything comes up.

 
5. Use of Our Website

• You agree not to use our site for anything illegal or harmful.

 
6. Policy Changes
We may update these terms if our services or policies change. If we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” so you always know the most recent version.
